After the first bite
Fired up.
First the crust crackles, then the soft potato bun gives way. Juicy beef, melted cheddar, caramelised onions and our homemade sauce, all in the same bite – warm, sweet and salty at once. That moment is why we smash every patty by hand on a blazing hot plate.

What is a smashburger?
A burger whose patty is pressed flat on a very hot plate. More of the meat touches the steel, which gives it a crisp, caramelised crust. Ours comes on a Martin's potato bun with cheddar and our homemade sauce.
How much is a burger?
The Single Smashburger and the Classic Smash Burger are CHF 14.90, the Double Smashburger CHF 19.00. All prices are on the menu page.
Do you have anything vegetarian?
Yes, the Veggie Burger: ovo-lacto vegetarian, with a veggie patty, lettuce, caramelised onions, pickle, tomato and homemade sauce in a brioche bun. Pair it with fries, sweet potato fries or a green salad.
Can I eat in?
Yes. There are tables in the restaurant at Bahnhofstrasse 102 – order and eat right here. A smashburger is best straight off the plate.
